History and Acquisitions.

On April 3rd,2017, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company split off its Enterprise Services division and merged it with Computer Sciences Corporation, creating DXC Technology. DXC Technology was founded with $25 billion in revenue, 170,000 employees, and operations in 70 nations. Two components of the Enterprise Services segment were excluded from the split from Hewlett Packard Enterprise: the Communications and Media Solutions product group and the Mphasis Limited reporting unit.
