Many people would love having cat-friendly companies to choose from, for work. The horrifying part about embarking on your daily work routine is leaving behind that lovely cat, who achingly wants to be featured in your office routine. While she works to earn, the pet gets an opportunity to relate with and make new friends with the rescued animals. Cats have been shown to have stress-relieving powers, and the company capitalized on this information. Ferray is a cat-friendly firm that allows its employees to bring their cats to work because of their stress-relieving features. In addition to that, CEO and head of the firm Hidenobu Fukuda, gives about 5000yen ($45) a month to anyone who rescues a cat. So if you’re a Japan-based fan of IT-related jobs and also a lover of furry felines, you may like working with this company.
Conclusion
In conclusion, pets have a way of making their owners happy. This happiness tends to increase the productivity of the pet parents at work. Cats are very lovely, cute, and sophisticated animals, and that’s why this list ranks these aforementioned companies in the order of how we think they value cats in their organization. For companies that want to elevate the productivity and happiness of their employees, having a relaxed policy on pets can help.
